BACKGROUND

 

The African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) is an international conservation organization working in large landscapes across the African continent. The organization works to ensure wildlife and wildlands thrive in modern Africa through a multi-faceted approach of conservation strategies for wildlife, wildlands and people.

 

AWF Zimbabwe Country Office located at Unit D, Delken Complex, Mount Pleasant Business Park Harare, Zimbabwe is calling for interested, reputable, qualified and registered Hotels for the provision of conference facilities, meals and accommodation in Victoria Falls town, Zimbabwe from 5th  to 9th March 2024.

REQUIRED SERVICES;

  • Standard single rooms for 60 participants for 4 nights on B&B, checking In 5th March and Checking Out on 9th March 2024
  • Full day conference package for 100 participants for 3 days from 6th March to 8th  March 2024
  • 2x Breakaway rooms for 2 days (7 & 8 March-2024)
  • 1x Registration room- 4 days (5 March to 8 March2024)
  • Bush dinner for 40 participants on 08 March-24
  • Bush dinner beverages for 40 participants
  • Bush dinner transfers for 40 participants
  • Bush dinner entertainment
  • Bush dinner deco
