Larry Green, a native of South Africa, is the founder of System Pavers, the largest outdoor remodeling company in the US. Headquartered in Orange County, California, the company pioneered a new category of outdoor living products that were both more aesthetically appealing and durable. Green sold a majority stake in System Pavers to the long-term investment company Cranemere in September 2022. As the company expands into new products and markets, he remains a significant stakeholder and board member. 

For decades, Green has had a deep and abiding interest in Africa—its wildlife, its wilderness, and its people. To share the wonder and beauty of all that Africa has to offer, he and his wife Debbie have led many tours of Africa for friends from across the globe. Green has been an AWF board member for most of the past 12 years and began the four-year term as board chair in October 2023. He joined YPO in 1989, while still living in South Africa; over time he’s undertaken numerous leadership roles within the organization. He continues to be a member of YPO Gold, both in Orange County and at the global level. Green sits on a number of other boards and enjoys mentoring young business leaders.
